Decode Resolvency International is recognized by The Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) under its Regulation 12 (1) of Insolvency Professionals Regulations, 2016 as an Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE). The sole objective of the entity is to provide support services to its partners or director, who have been enrolled as a member of an insolvency professional agency (IPA)
